Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible return period.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Teendow products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Warranty coverage begins from the original delivery date of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
